Amilo Indonesia is a company that operates in the logistics sector, and is a branch of the company amilo.co which is based in Singapore, amilo Indonesia, which was originally a local Indonesian company called kahago, has now been acquired by amilo.co as a branch of the company in Indonesia. Founded in 2022 by operations and eCommerce experts, Amilo International is a Singapore-based startup that helps local brands expand globally and assists international brands in entering the Southeast Asian market with ease. In adapting the vision and mission of amilo.co, our team in Indonesia took the initiative to create a feature, namely fulfillment feature , which aims to make it easier for Indonesian customers to care for and store goods abroad.

🎯 Goal of the Project
We have the ambition to reach global target markets in various countries connected to Amilo Indonesia, namely Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and Vietnam.
💡 Hypotheses
1. When Amilo acquired Kahago as a local logistics startup at that time, we were increasingly optimistic about being able to develop the application internationally.
2. Positive responses come from customers who often require housing services for their products in the destination country.
3. We also carry out branch marking to enrich the flow and method of developing applications with a user centered design process.
After going through various processes with the team, I am very proud to be able to complete this project completely, we collaborated as a team, both with the marketing team, product manager, operations lead, data analyst, lead of it, UI/UX which I played a role in, I am very proud to be involved in working on this project with the team.
