• What do you need from me?
  Your page or store link, your main goal (sales, sign-ups, bookings), and optionally analytics access. A short form after checkout covers it.

  
  

• Do I need to give you login access?
  No. I review the public pages. For checkout steps, a test link or screen recording works.

  
  

• Will you implement the fixes?
  The audit gives you everything needed to implement them yourself or with your developer. If you’d like me to build them, we can scope a redesign afterwards, and your audit fee can be credited toward it.

  
  

• What if my site is in another language?
  I work in English and Bahasa Indonesia, so both are fine.

  
  

• Can you guarantee more sales?
  No one honestly can. What I can guarantee is a clear, specific, prioritized list of fixes grounded in UX best practices and your own goals.
